By pilots for pilots
Aerosuite was not designed on a drawing board but in practice. I, Lars, am an ATPL student myself and fly in various clubs and with various charter providers. The same picture keeps coming up: a booking calendar here, an Excel list there, the tech log in the aircraft, the billing somewhere in between. Each tool works on its own — together they create double work, misunderstandings and errors.
From the cockpit into software
As an aspiring flight instructor I wanted to make a lot of things simpler: booking, flight logging, training and invoicing. Instead of putting up with the circumstances, I started to solve them — with a platform in which booking, flight, maintenance and invoicing are the same flow of data. That is exactly what Aerosuite became.
Connecting flying and software
Before flying comes technology for me: I studied business informatics and taught for many years as a computer science lecturer at various institutions. These two worlds — flight operations and software development — meet in Aerosuite. I know from my own experience how a club or a flight school ticks, and I know how to turn that into clean, understandable software.
How we work
Features come from concrete requirements in real flight operations, not from marketing slides. Transparent pricing, traceable changes and privacy-focused design are part of product quality for us — as is the option to implement special requests as custom development. Aerosuite is operated by KINDERMANN.IO UG (haftungsbeschränkt) from Hannover.
