The offers apply to the base price only. Aircraft (7 € net each) are always billed monthly and can be added or removed month by month — even on a term contract.
You choose how to pay the base price: in advance or monthly. Paying in advance always gives the bigger discount — 1 free month instead of half on a 12-month term, 4 instead of 2 on a 36-month term.
After the initial term, contracts renew for 12 months at a time.
Notice period for term contracts: 14 days before the end of the contract period. During the term itself there is no ordinary right of cancellation; the plan without a term stays cancellable monthly.

Are the prices net or gross?
All prices shown are net prices, plus statutory VAT.
What does Aerosuite cost with three aircraft?
49 € base price plus 3 × 7 € equals 70 € net per month — including unlimited members and bookings.
Does a higher number of members cost more?
No. Members and bookings are unlimited and included. Only the number of aircraft affects the monthly price.
What do data migration and custom development cost?
Data migration is charged at 129 € net per hour, custom development at 129 € net per hour on a time-and-materials basis.
What are the contract terms and notice periods?
By default, all licences can be cancelled monthly. Alternatively there are two term offers for the base price with annual billing: a 12-month contract of which only 11 months are paid, or a 36-month contract of which only 32 months are paid. After the initial term, the contract renews for 12 months at a time; the notice period is 14 days before the end of the contract period. Aircraft are always billed monthly regardless of the term and can be added or removed month by month.
