Source formats are typically CSV and Excel files — for example exports from old systems, club lists or accounting tables.
How migration works
1. Assessment
We review your existing data individually: which system it comes from, what format it is in, which fields exist — and which legacy issues should be cleaned up during the move.
2. Mapping
Existing fields are mapped to the Aerosuite fields. CSV and Excel files can be imported directly; for old-system exports we define the mapping together.
3. Validation and error log
Every import runs against validation rules: incomplete rows, contradictory values and duplicates end up in an understandable error log before anything is saved.
4. Test run and takeover
Only once the test run passes cleanly and you have checked the data does the final takeover happen. So the club starts with a complete, checked history.
Price
Data migration is charged at 129 € net per hour, plus statutory VAT. The effort depends on the scope and quality of the existing data — after the assessment you receive an effort estimate.
You can handle smaller imports yourself with the built-in data import.
