For each lesson you can note the contents of the flight as a training record: practised lessons, assessment, the instructor’s remarks and the training level reached. The entry is linked to the student and the associated flight, so date, duration and aircraft are already included.
Training records directly in the student file
After the flight the instructor opens the student and records what was covered in the lesson. Aerosuite links the training record with the logged flight — nothing has to be noted twice. The digital student file replaces the paper training record.

Training progress at a glance
The individual training records add up to the training status — identical for training management, instructor and student:

Traceable and audit-proof
Training records are stored with author and timestamp; corrections remain traceable as a change instead of being silently overwritten. This keeps the training documentation consistent. The formal keeping of prescribed records remains the responsibility of the relevant training organisation.
