Why a calendar is not enough
Group calendars and tables can block time slots — nothing more. They do not know whether the pilot is rated on the type, whether the aircraft is in maintenance or whether two bookings overlap. A real booking system checks exactly that before the booking is created.

The booking is only the beginning
In Aerosuite the booking is the start of a chain: the appointment becomes the tracked flight, the flight becomes the invoice, the logbook entry and the counter progress for maintenance. Replacing only a calendar gives away exactly this automation.
