Anyone planning a flight school or a flying club is constantly juggling three calendars: when is which instructor available? Which training room is free? Which aircraft is available and technically ready? Aerosuite brings these three levels together in one resource plan, so theory, practice and maintenance mesh without friction.

Planning connected to maintenance
An aircraft with due maintenance or an open defect must not simply be booked on. Aerosuite connects planning with the technical status: locked aircraft are marked in the calendar, maintenance appointments reserve the machine for the workshop.
So you plan with maintenance, not against it — and no one accidentally books a machine that is not allowed to fly right now.
Aircraft status in planning
The status of an aircraft decides whether it is bookable. Aerosuite shows it directly in planning:
