A booking calendar for the flying club has to do more than show appointments. Aerosuite knows your resources: every booking is linked to an aircraft, a pilot and — for training flights — an instructor, and is automatically checked against availability, permissions and technical releases. This turns a simple calendar into a full aircraft booking system that prevents double bookings from the start.

In the resource calendar every aircraft has its own column. You see immediately which machine is free when and where bookings pile up. You reserve with a click — the system reports conflicts before you save.

Email confirmation on every change
No one has to watch the calendar to stay up to date: Aerosuite sends an automatic email confirmation for every booking. Whether a booking is created, changed or deleted — those involved are informed, and on cancellation the resource is immediately available again.
Booking created
Confirmation with aircraft, date, time and — if present — instructor.
Booking changed
Notice of the changed time or resource so everyone involved is up to date.
Booking deleted
Cancellation confirmation — the resource is free again and bookable by others.
Booking types and invoicing
Every booking carries a booking type. It decides whether an instructor is needed and controls how the flight is billed later.

Visibility for all members
The calendar is visible to all members: everyone sees when which aircraft is free and can book themselves — transparently and without going through the board. How much detail others see is up to you via roles and permissions; other members’ personal data can be hidden.
